AT SOSIAN

All our guides and hosts have children and we try and cater for their every need. Special activities are available for children of all ages and many children have to be dragged away at the end of their stay at Sosian. Night drives, bush dinners, fly-camping, jumping off the waterfall, riding lessons and short treks, camel rides, fishing, archery, picnics, collecting eggs from the chicken house, feeding our pet eland and just having the space to run wild and be children. We have checklists of all the animals you might see at Sosian and children can learn about animal tracks and different species, and to collect feathers, porcupine quills and other bits from the bush to write about and remind them of their stay. Special food and meal times can be arranged for the little people, or they can join their parents. We have staff available who can sit outside their rooms after bed-time to listen out for them and give their parents the chance to enjoy dinner if they would like.
